FJZJS roots air water-ring vacuum unit set consists of water ring pump plus roots pump as main pump and an air jet pump, and has high degree of ultimate vacuum and two types optional, i.e. Anti-corrosive and normal. It is widely applied to evaporation, filtering, drying, concentration, distillation and crystallization in vacuum state in food, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, electronics etc.
This unit set avoids the heating problem at the outlet (nearby watercirculation) of roots pump which existed for long time in the past. It eliminates the noise arising from water ring pump running at almost ultimate pressure, enlarges the working range and improves the working efficiency. This product is suitable for pumping air, caustic gas without solid particles and various suspended particles or solidified organic or ignorganic acid liquids in vacuum state.

Note:
① The performances in the table refers to air temperature at 20 ℃, atmospheric pressure at 1013.25hpa (760 mmHg), relative humidity of air at 70% and temperature of circulating water at 15℃.
② Tolerance of air pumping rate at ± 10%.
③ The readings of the degree of vacuum in the table refer to the pressure below standard atmospheric pressure. (1 mmHg = 1 Torr = 133.3 Pa, 0.1 Mpa = 750 mmHg)
